Abstract

This article reviews the official development assistance through international cooperation, particularly in the health field, both regionally and in Peru. It has been described as its evolution since 1995, which are cooperating sources, which projects have been and are being financed as well as areas that receive more cooperation. An analysis is made of the experience gained by the Ministry of Health of Peru, and what are the lessons learned. Finally assesses the trends in international development cooperation.
